psychologically, love begins with early attachment in infancy, shaping later romantic relationships and emotional experiences. Love consist of intimacy , passion, and commitment, which vary across different stages of life.

Culturally, love is influenced by societal norms, expectations, and traditions. The expression of love evolves overtime and across societies, often idealized as a transcendent force or emphasized as a practical aspect of family roles and duty.

WHY WE MUST LOVE

Support network : showing love help to build a reliable support system of people who will be their in time of need. people who are willing to assist at an time. it breaks down barriers between individuals, groups and promoting understanding, togetherness in a divided world

Mental health: the act of showing love helps to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. it's improve mental stability and promote good sense of reasoning among us. it offer comfort, strengthen and hope.

Happiness: love is a sources of joy whether in giving or in receiving. its a thing of satisfaction. it motivate us to be better people by inspiring kindness, patience
