When asked if actors should have social responsibility, he said, "The reason I acted in the Pink remake was because my previous films made me feel guilty. I felt like I was promoting stalking women. Sometimes fans want to imitate what we do on screen. I thought acting in the Pink remake would be atonement for my previous films."

He continued in the interview, "Vaali is a film very close to my heart. I think it was from that film that people started seeing me as a professional actor. Before that film, I got a lot of love from the people. But it was the film Vaali that opened a lot of doors for me."

Being alive is a blessing: I see people complaining about life. Waking up the next morning and being alive is a huge blessing. I'm not saying this in a theoretical way.
