If an author dies his/her unpublished work should never be published by anyone.
Author problems nowadays
If an author dies his/her unpublished work should never be published by anyone. If an author dies his/her published work should never be edited by anyone. However, nowadays editor, and publishers are publishing dead authors' unpublished work as new books, with new title names, to harass the writer community in this world. And those titles, and its chapters are stolen from alive authors' drafts.
Recently, I came with several examples of my own work in which my draft chapter title names, and book title names, including my story ideas were stolen from my unpublished, and unfinished drafts by many living authors, publishers, and companies for video production works. I want to punish all of them, but that time is far far away.
So, now onwards, I am using some strict precautions for my unpublished work. First, I am not writing chapter names, and title names, while writing the novel, and lastly, I do not write more until everything is perfect in the already written draft. By using these two very smart precautions, I do not re-edit anything upon completing my novel, and it does not provide sufficient time for thieves to steal my work for publication before my published work.
However, still some book titles are disclosed in my drafts. So, I am sharing my title name publicly. So, none dare to steal it.
