Don't Cry, Though It Hurts So Deep
Don’t cry, my dear, though it hurts so deep,
Pain is a shadow that will not keep.
It pulls at your heart, it twists and it tears,
But within every ache, hope quietly stares.
Why is it painful? The question we ask,
For healing is hidden behind every mask.
In moments of grief, when you're torn and alone,
It carves out a strength you had never known.
The tears that you fight are seeds in the soil,
They bloom into beauty, through struggle and toil.
Though it burns now, like fire in your chest,
Pain is the teacher that guides you to rest.
So don’t cry, though it may feel unfair,
In this silent suffering, life whispers, "Prepare."
For storms pass, and skies will one day be clear,
Hold on to the strength that is forged in each tear.
