Dear Diary, 24 / 07 / 2099 I woke up to my house robot loudly singing, then I remembered....

that it was finally Saturday ! I and my bestie, Siri, were booked for an aerial whale watching ride today. Both of us were planning this visit for months and very recently we both could save enough to pay for the ride tickets and the travel. I quickly got ready and asked my house robot to call Siri. Her virtual self was projected in an instant and I shrieked when I saw that she was still sleeping. After hearing my loud voice she jumped out of her bed and assured me that she will get ready fast and see me at the meeting point in 15 minutes. I was sure she was going to use her house robot's assistance to get her hair done quickly.

I grabbed my digital backpack that transformed into a hoverboard. It was a quick commute to the FlyWay flying cars station where I was supposed to meet Siri. I always looked forward to using FlyWay for the awesome views of the Sydney Harbor, where I lived. Siri arrived after a few minutes and we boarded the next available car to the floating whale watching platform in the middle of the sea. Thankfully we had pre-booked the tickets and just tapped out DigiWrists at the kiosk. Kiara, our flying tour guide, arrived with the transparent flying pod after a short wait. She explained some of the safety features and precautions to be taken during the ride for the most enjoyable experience. The pod bounced slightly in the air as we settled in our seats. It was an exhilarating experience to fly over the blue ocean to see the whales.

Their population had steadily improved due to the consistent conservation efforts for past few decades. Kiara was an excellent pod-pilot who added some bounces, twists and turns that pumped up our adrenaline. We waved towards the other four pods that were also approaching the whales we could see below. Some of those whales were circling in the water and splashing their huge tails. It was so exciting to see them right from above the water. At one point, Siri was almost half drenched when a whale sprayed a jet of water in the air. After following the whales for 20 minutes Kiara took our pod back to the floating station. Siri and I thanked her for the memorable ride and headed to the HoverFood restaurant. We both enjoyed our favorite Sushi rolls for lunch while we watched our complimentary 3D video recording of our ride. We used our hoverboards to reach the FlyWay station to finally head back to our homes discussing about the next adventure trip to Underwater volcano watching.
