2024

In 2024, my goals for writing are :

1. Increase my sensitivity to express my senses & depth perception. I believe this will increase my views, as a creator.

2. Adventure - everyone knows the best teacher is experience. Also, most stories are fueled and focused on adventure.

3. In the past my writing was good or decent or average. I would say anyways, but I know it could be better. I hate rushing myself to create my work. I believe it can be good, but excellent work takes time.

4. I read other creators beautiful works, as often as I can. Normally I am reading on other apps or looking at things that inspire me.

5. The challenges I have faced while experiencing life has changed me. Indefinitely, I am truly grateful for all my experiences. That allowed me to have a positive outlet to release and express my hidden creativity.

6. There are a few short stories, that I would like to complete. Both options currently would be available on my account to view : dreamer & the other short story asuncion.

7. The impact that I desire would be of recognition & reward of course. Also, to help spark smoldering coals of creativity, that others may have forgotten about.

8. My goals where shaped, by not committing more time & effort into the things I loved. For example : writing, singing, dancing & gaming.

9. The genres I wish I would experiment more with & take more seriously would be : mystery, thriller & crime stories. Ya know, who doesn’t like a little suspense.

10. My plan for 2024, when it comes to exercising my rights as a writer. Oddly, enough writing was not my issue. I wrote a lot last year. I just did not physically do anything with my work. I know I know perfectly good or decent work of my unknown creator perfection complex is really hard to deal with. So, frequency on how often I write is not the issue. The issue is submitting my work. This will be my focus for the year : submitting my work.

11. What do I truly want to gain from all of this.. ughmmm. I’m hoping to be more accountable about the chances I miss, by not submitting my work. I am worried about my work being stolen from here. Just a thought , but do you guys have any information about how copywriting is handled on your site? How is it offered to content creators? Would there be a subscription for this or is it already included in the vocal plus? A little help in this gray area would make me feel a little better about my submissions. Plus, tech issues and stealing is a terrible combo for a content creator. I wish to avoid as many problems & potential fires. When it comes to the choppy waters of social media.

This wraps up my submission for the 2024 challenge. Lol!!
