safety kit that we should carry

"The cars we drive say a lot about us." —Alexandra Paul. Driving a car nowadays is not an easy task for newbies, and for safety purposes, we require some goods to be carried while driving a car. If you are planning a long journey or a safari journey, then emergency safety kits should be available along with you while driving a car.

Some useful things are given below that you should carry while driving a car:

#1 Car Owner’s Manual:

If you are not technically aware of your car or you are new to cars, then you must carry a car user’s manual. The car's owner's manual provides basic instructions on how to use the car on a daily basis, as well as instructions on how to maintain accurate tyre pressure on the car. The user’s manual includes tips and instructions on how to change fuses and light bulbs, top-up fluids, and troubleshoot common problems.

#2: Keep a torch and spare batteries on hand:

Keep a good quality torch in your car along with some spare batteries. If you are going on a night journey and your headlights are not working, this torch will help you give signals to oncoming motorists.

#3: An emergency first-aid kit:

The first aid kit is very necessary, whether you are a car owner or a 2-wheeler owner. If you get a normal injury, the first aid kit in your car contains the basic elements for treatment. As a car owner, one should get training about the use of a first aid kit while driving a car.

#4:Toilet Tissue:

While travelling in a car, one should have toilet paper on hand if one wants to go to the toilet. For your safety, carry a roll of toilet paper in the car. A human being knows the emergency of the toilet, and that’s the reason he should carry decent toilet paper along with him.

# 5 Water for Drinking:

Keeping the best quality water can or bottle is always beneficial for human beings, whether they are travelling in a car, a bus, or any other vehicle. A 5-litre of drinking water is the best option, and any amount of water is better than nothing.

Drinking water by travellers or car members is best for travelling in the desert or jungle areas. In the areas of jungle or desert, mankind requires a good quality of water in order to survive.

#6  Jumper Leads:

Your manual teaches you how to safely use jumper leads in bad conditions of battery. Jumper leads are insulated wires that come in pairs and contain alligator clips that are used to connect a car battery to another energy source.

It’s easy to drain the battery of a car. Leaving the lights on (external or internal) when the car is not running is a common problem. If you go through your car’s user manual, you will find how to get a battery by using a jump start.

#7  Fire Extinguishers:

A fire extinguisher is very important in any type of four-wheeler vehicle or bus. Who knows when the situation gets worse and the car gets fired by the carelessness of a member of the car or driver?

#8 Spare Tyre:

A spare tyre is used for emergency purposes when your regular car tyre is not working well or is damaged while driving a car. Most car owners keep a spare tyre in their vehicle because you never know when something will go wrong while driving a car on the road. For your car, high-quality tyres are available on the market.
