Electronics are replacing mechanical technology in automobiles. The high tech systems of electronic systems and engine computers are controlling almost all the functioning of the automobile from sensors to driver assistance. These electronic devices have an obvious effect on safety.

The Vehicle industry is growing rapidly with the use of electronic devices such as computer, which provide data to the received data managed by mechanical processes through actuators. The computer has become an essential part of modern cars. These computers are adequately protected from the heat, dust, water and moisture.

Engine Control Module are basically electronic control unit that consist of a system used to control sensors connected in series of sensors of internal combustion engine and increases the efficiency of the engine.

If a car compared to human body, the piston of car would be the heart, the headlight would be the eyes and the ECM would be the brain.

Several sensors are used to provide ECM maintenance information. The ECM uses these sensors readings to adjust engine actuators. It control things like fuel injectors, which can directly affect power output, fuel economy and emissions.

Electronic control is the key to the overall increase in automotive performance over the last few decades.

The ECM is one of the biggest improvements in automobile industry. By taking advantages of electronic, car manufacturers have been able to provide enhanced engine precision.

JustAuto is a novel venture to impart the vehicle mechanics advanced training about the existing and evolving technologies in automobile field and keep them updated through highly interactive mobile based application.

The automobile market in India till 80s was simple mechanical and an illiterate roadside mechanic could diagnose problem area and repair the vehicle. With the advent of IC based technology, the vehicle converted into a tech gadget with almost every function dependent on electronic circuit; be it fuel injection, a/c control, pollution control, hydraulics, braking, balancing, light management and many such functions. It is getting difficult for a roadside mechanic to understand all those tech functions and repair/trouble shoot a stranded vehicle. They are not aware or well updated about new technological advancements in the automobile industry, especially with introduction of standard Norms, the latest being BS6.

JustAuto Solutions provides practical knowledge to Mechanics/students in its customized Automobile Lab cum workshop at Gandhinagar, Gujarat and also connect them to an E-learning platform via regularly updated Audio & Video clips. The training centre offers a range of diagnostic training modules including ECM repair, Passenger vehicle / Truck electrician, Car and commercial vehicle scanning, Key/Remote Programming, Dozer Repair, 3D Wheel Alignment/balancing , Two wheeler repair and 2 wheeler BS6 trouble shooting. We have so far trained 400+ mechanics/ Engineers from all over India.

Our training also compliments the budding Automobile and Mechanical engineering students to help gain practical knowledge about their field. It is our endeavour to train semi-literate mechanics to sustain in market and also generate self-employment among them.

Replaces or repairs defective parts of gear box, rear axle, steering mechanism etc. and sets them right ensuring correct alignment, clearance, meshing of gears, specified movements and operations. Relines and builds brakes, sets wheel alignment, adjust, steering, clutch, hand brakes etc. fits new or repaired accessories and body parts, makes electrical connection, and performs other tasks to effect repairs. Lubricates, joints, tightens loose parts, tests performance of vehicle by driving on road and makes necessary adjustments to attain desired standard. May assemble complete vehicle from finished components.

Very soon, we are planning to add training on Auto-transmission repair, Car A/C maintenance and complete Passenger vehicle mechanic etc.
