Aston Martin DBX with 4.0T V8 engine
DBX is Aston Martin's first SUV

A few days ago, the Aston Martin DBX (ask for the bottom price|check out the reference) officially arrived in stores, DBX is the first Aston Martin SUV model, equipped with a 4.0L twin-turbo V8 engine.
The front of the Aston Martin DBX is fitted with the brand's signature large-mouth grille, which is quite menacing like a blood bowl. The flat headlight clusters are similar to those of the new Vantage, with a boomerang-style design. There is a surround kit at the front lip, which shows that although it is an SUV model but still perfectly inherits the sports car genes of its brand. There are two eye-catching bold exhaust vents on the bonnet that serve a dual purpose. They both relieve air pressure under the hood, which reduces front-end lift and helps cool the turbocharged engine.
The large vents are located on the sides of the DBX, minimizing drag on the sides of the car. the DBX side body curves are flatter than we commonly see on SUVs, accentuating its extremely sleek appearance. The side frameless doors are combined with hidden seals and the B-pillar is made of glass to look like a piece of glass without breaking the side of the car.
At the back of the DBX, a powerful rear lumbar frame incorporates the iconic taillights, with a swept-back flip at the bottom that takes inspiration from Aston Martin's most focused sports car, the Vantage. The spoiler sits atop the electric rear fender not only extending the roofline but also helping to direct air under the rear screen and generate local downforce.
Coming to the interior space, the 10.25-inch + 12.3-inch setup provides a wealth of information for the driver, Apple Car Play is standard, as is a 360-degree camera system and ambient lighting in 64 different colors in two zones. The suspended center console design frees up more storage space for odds and ends, and the center channel section is decorated with wood veneer, giving the SUV an upgraded luxury feel.
The combination of the DBX's scenic sunroof and frameless door glass makes for a spacious and atmospheric interior. The use of sports seat packaging in the front not only provides excellent support and long-distance driving comfort for the driver but also provides knee and foot room for those sitting behind. The seats are upholstered in luxurious full-grain leather, and the roof lining and power roof blinds are finished in a luxurious Alcantara® finish. As standard, DBX customers can choose any three of the five full-grain Kathness leather colors to be applied to the leather in the cabin to customize the color choices throughout the cabin.
With 632L of luggage space and 40:20:40 foldable folding rear seats, the DBX's narrow door sills and wide openings maximize the practicality of a wide range of luggage including suitcases, golf bags, and ski equipment.
Power part, DBX adopts a new version of the 4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine featured in DB11 and Vantage, transmission matched with 9-speed automatic transmission, capable of releasing a superb output of 550PS, and peak torque of 700N-m, the suspension is front-link and rear-link multi-suspension, 100km acceleration time is only 4.5s.
The DBX features an adaptive triple-volume air suspension combined with the latest 48v electric anti-roll control system (eARC) and electronic adaptive dampers to better meet the challenges of multiple terrains. The Adaptive Triple Volume Air Suspension can raise the ride height to 45mm or lower it by 50mm for easier passenger access or parking. The DBX also offers Hill Descent Control (HDC), which utilizes engine braking as well as the Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) to provide effective control when dealing with steep, potentially slippery slopes.
