Dholera SIR Infra Development has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Government of Gujarat to develop residential and commercial projects in the upcoming city. Some of the projects it claims to have sold include - Dholera Nano City which includes a mega industrial park and township while Dholera Metro City has five phases offering residential and commercial plots at various price ranges.
Available Options
Residential plots, villas, bungalows and 3/4 BHK apartments at Dhaulera SIR are available at a price of Rs 594 per sq ft. The additional government alleges that a user includes 12 percent GST, stamp duty and registration fee which is equal to 5.9. Percentage of cost of property, Rs. 10,000 as development fee per class and Rs. 10,000 as legal cost The buyer has to pay additional charges for electricity, water and drainage connections. Easy subvention schemes are also available for payment option of purchases.
Major Infrastructure Plan
Dholera Airport- Around 9200 hectares of land is reserved for Dholera International Airport, for which an MoU will be signed between the Airport Authority of India and the Government of Gujarat. AAI will hold 51 percent stake in the project while the state government will hold 49 percent. The total cost estimate for Dholera Airport is Rs.2,000 crore. The project is expected to start soon. A final agreement between the Center and the state government is expected at the upcoming Vibrant Gujarat summit.
Ahmedabad-Dholera Expressway- Announced, as of ten years, the Ahmedabad-Dholera Expressway has closed down, as the National Highway Authority of India has reduced the Tenderupisamounting to Rs.2,431 crore. The project will be built in three blocks at an estimated cost of Rs 3,000 crore. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of the project in February and the work is expected to be completed by 2022. Dholera Metro City
