A few years ago my partner and I took our very first international trip together. It was a few days and we had researched it high and low to find ourselves the biggest bang for our limited bucks. We had such a wonderful time with our group that now finally this year after an entire long year of quarantine five of us are finally in a position to enjoy some time in paradise. My partner and I have taken many trips, but far the most interesting ones we take are the trips we are overall prepared for. There is a period of research for deals and discounts. He and I search for as many options as we possibly can within our budget and then decide based on how far out to a location we would like to travel. A heavy influence on culinary delights is highly favored. My partner and I lead both a ketogenic (me) and low carb (him) lifestyle, therefore when we are on vacation or out of town food is absolutely something we will be experimenting with.
I look forward to all the beautiful places we are yet to see. I am grateful for the places we have been with and consider myself blessed to spend time with a person that is likeminded in that sense. Our next trip is looking to be epic. The travel will be taking place with our loved ones.
TIPS TO CONSIDER:
Stay at an all inclusive resort
Pay in pesos not dollars. Yes the dollar is widely accepted but you will get change back in pesos and based on the dollar amount it's not going to be in your favor. Exchange the money before you go or use the ATM once there
If you don’t go to an all inclusive hotel stockpile on water, snacks and alcohol from Walmart. Be savvy gentleman not stupid.
If you didn’t want to book your excursion online by the deadline I give you so I can handle it for you then for christ sake shop around once you're there and don’t pay the first person you encounter. BARTER!
**Lastly, what happens in Cabo stays in Cabo so I highly encourage all of you to be prepared and pack CONDOMS! With the exception of the groom, you’re all married and I am pretty sure your wives don’t want to find out you fathered children on your trip. Which brings me to another tip, USE THE CONDOMS YOU BUY! *
Gentle men remember that nothing is written in stone. It is your trip, enjoy it as you see fit. For details you would like me to handle, REMEMBER I HAVE A LIFE, SO ADHERE TO THE DUE DATE!
DAY 1
Check in. Explore your hotel and find out where everything is. You will be very close to Medan Beach. (1.8 miles from the resort).
Hit THE OFFICE cool bar on the beach with a great vibe.
Try Tacos Gardenia if you're hungry. Get your feet wet with the local cuisine
Get ready to hit the party scene the right way with your VIP NIGHTCLUB TOUR (89.99 ea). That will cover 3-4 clubs.
If time hits, NIKKI BEACH CLUB. They stay open till 4. Party!!
DAY 2
If you benefit from an all inclusive place EAT first before you leave. You spent that money already, don't waste it by throwing it away at other places offering the same food.
Santiago Waterfall Hike (if I can do it. You can do it)
Lands End Tour ($15-20 ea) I highly suggest the boats with the glass bottom because you can check out the fish and coral as well. Way cooler. You'll be in El Arco, as well as Lovers and Divorce Beach. Dive from Pelican Rock on Pelican Beach there. (Again, if I can you can)
Come back and enjoy the Skypool Day Club
