Dallas, Texas the Place to Be

Dallas is in the heart of Texas and is known for many things such as great food, art, entertainment, and national landmarks. You can tour anywhere from the Dallas Aquarium to the Dallas Zoo and make your way over to some of the most famous museums in the United States such as the Sixth Floor Museum or the Dallas Arboretum. If you are into history you can visit the location where John F. Kennedy was shot and the bridge where people saw it happen many years ago. There is so much to do in Dallas and great places to stay as well.

Where to Stay?

Many people are getting bored of the same old same old hotel visit, with the view of other buildings and loud cars racing by at night. Lucky for you Dallas is known for some amazing cabin rentals. The best cabins in Dallas are not far from the city center, in fact they make the perfect romantic getaway just outside the main city area a few miles away. Perfect for honeymoons, anniversaries and birthday celebrations with privacy and great views. Where To Eat?

Dallas is known for its great food and there is plenty to chose from for everybody. If you like a good steak the locals and tourists combined both agree that Pappas Bros Steakhouse is the best place for a steak dinner. It is expensive but it is rated the number one steakhouse in Dallas. Another great eat is Uchi Dallas, it is a Japanese restaurant that serves gourmet sushi and has the freshest selection of fish in all of Texas, it is definitely a place you want to get dressed up for since it is a 5 star dining experience but absolutely worth every penny. If you aren't into fine dinning there are plenty of places where the locals eat weekly one of the top favorites is Ellens, it is a local breakfast/lunch dinner and is affordable and offers true American cuisine. People love to pack this place out on weekends but everyone says it is totally worth the wait because the food is to die for.

Nightly Entertainment

The nightlife in Dallas is nothing to play with, it is the hottest city for entertainment. The billboard rated the House of Blues as one of the hottest music venues in the south. It has tons of bands every weekend and is always packed with locals and tourists combined. Opening Bell Coffee is truly a cool place to check out its a late night coffee/bar that has nightly entertainment ranging anywhere from jazz to rock n roll. You can grab a coffee or a cocktail and fit right in. The City Tavern is a cool spot because it has pool tables and food, so if you are wanting to catch up with friends and have a great time and chow down this place is perfect to hang out at on weekends and even week nights.

There is so much to do in Dallas and without a doubt it is one of the coolest places to spend time at whether you are on a romantic get a way or out with friends. With tons of great places to eat and nightly entertainment you can chose from in Dallas.
