So, Joan Vassos final rose on the Golden Bachelorette went to … Well, I don’t want to spoil the outcome before you reach the end. Keep scrolling!
Joan Vassos Final Rose
When Joan’s season first started; there were 24 men she was introduced to. Since Joan was the first Golden Bachelorette; the viewing audience didn’t know how this would differ from Gerry Turner’s season.
She was married for 33 years. Of course, she loves being a Mom and Grandmother. But when her husband died, she was left feeling empty. To learn more about her season; visit my Joan Vassos – The Golden Bachelorette Spoilers post.
Now that she is ready to find love again; she hopes the man she chooses will be someone she can begin the next chapter of her life with.
Joan Vassos – Two Men Remain
After Pascal self-eliminates himself on the overnight dates, there are two men left.
Chock Chapple – So Chock was the first recipient of the first date of the season. When Chock goes on his first date with Joan to Disneyland; they seem to have a lot in common. However, during the season, Chock receives news that his Mom passed away. Hence, he leaves for a short time to be with his family, but returns shortly after.
Guy Gansert -Guy and Joan’s first date was the two of them cooking dinner together. Though they had other one-on-one dates; I didn’t think they had a connection. In addition, Guy and Joan’s hometown date seemed off. They didn’t have the same chemistry I saw with the other men during the hometown dates. I was perplexed she decided to give him a rose.
Live Finale
When the show begins, Jesse Palmer welcomes Bachelor Nation and, he lets everyone know the “Live” Golden Bachelorette finale begins now.
Since Pascal left, Joan has been feeling unloveable. Her friend, Nancy chats with her to let her know not to give the power to Pascal and tells her she is so deserving of love.
First, Joan’s kids and their mates arrive in Bora Bora to meet Joan’s final two men. Joan’s kids talk to Chock and they give her their blessing to move forward.
Chock has one final date to show her he is the man for her. During their last date; Chock lets her know he wants to marry her and spend his life with her.
The next day Joan realizes that she has to say goodbye to Guy. She tells him she found love and says her goodbyes.
Meanwhile, there were a lot of tears and she knows her heart belongs to Chock, not Guy.
So, Jesse brings Guy on stage. Joan joins them and he tells Guy she hopes they can remain friends and hopefully double date one day.
Joan Vassos Final Rose
Though Reality Steve leaked out who received Joan’s final rose; he was wrong again. In Joey’s season; he reported Joey gave his final rose to Daisy. But, before the season ended; he reported that Kelsey received Joey’s final rose. Check out my Joey Graziadie Final Rose post to learn more about how Joey’s season ended.
Well, Reality Steve was wrong again. Although he reported Joan gave her final rose to Guy; that wasn’t the case. Once again, Reality Steve backtracked.
