Kysre Gondrezick, Lexi Donarski, Natasha Mack earn individual honors for 2020-21 regular season

First Team
Natasha Mack - Oklahoma State - Senior - Forward
This 6-4 senior is the most dynamic player on both sides of the court in the conference and maybe all of college basketball. Natasha Mack led the always tough Oklahoma State in scoring at 19.8 points per game. She was first in the nation with an average of four blocks per game and sixth in the NCAA in rebounds per game at 12.3.
Kysre Gondrezick - West Virginia - Senior - Guard
Kysre Gondrezick led West Virginia to an 18-4 regular season record. She was in the top 25 in the NCAA with a scoring average of 20.8 points per game, which was a career best. She also led her team and was fourth in the conference in assists at 4.5 dimes per contest.
NaLyssa Smith - Baylor - Junior - Forward
Converse, Texas native NaLyssa Smith guided Baylor (20-2) to a first place finish in the Big 12. She led Baylor in scoring (18.3) and rebounding (9.9). She posted nine double-doubles this season.
Esmery Martinez - West Virginia - Sophomore - Forward
West Virginia proved to not be a one woman show as Esmery Martinez did her share to lift the Mountaineers to a second place finish. She averaged 13.9 points per game and was 11th in the nation with a rebounding average of 11.9 boards per game.
Charlie Collier - Texas - Junior - Center/Forward
At 6-5, Charlie Collier is one of the most imposing figures in women's basketball on the college or pro level. She was fifth in the nation in rebounding (12.4) and second in the conference in scoring (20.9).
Player of the Year: Kysre Gondrezick, West Virginia
Second Team
DiJonai Carrington - Baylor - Senior - Guard
DiJonai Carrington was a transfer guard from Stanford who plugged into the Baylor starting line-up and pitch in on both sides of the court. She was second on the team in scoring (12.4), first on the team in steals (2.3) and also grabbed five rebounds per contest.
DiDi Richards - Baylor - Senior - Guard
DiDi Richards led the regular season conference champs and was third in the NCAA in assists with seven dimes per game. She had five games with at least 10 assists.
Ashley Joens - Iowa State - Junior - Guard/Forward
The Iowa City, Iowa native led the conference and was ninth in the NCAA in scoring (23.4). She had six games with at least 30 points this season.
Ja'Mee Asbury - Oklahoma State - Senior - Guard
At 5-5 Ja'Mee Asbury brings big game especially when it comes to three-point territory. She led the conference and was eighth in the NCAA with a three-point percentage of 44.8.
Ayoka Lee - Kansas State - Sophomore - Center
Ayoka Lee is a 6-6 post player that is the star at Kansas State. She averaged 18.4 points per game which was seventh best in the conference. She also tied for second in the conference with an average of 1.9 blocks per game.
All-Defense
Natasha Mack - Oklahoma State - Senior - Forward
Esmery Martinez - West Virginia - Sophomore - Forward
DiJonai Carrington - Baylor - Senior - Guard
DiDi Richards - Baylor - Senior - Guard
Celeste Taylor - Texas - Sophomore - Guard
Celeste Taylor led the Big 12 in steals per game at 2.3. She had six games with three or more steals, including one game with eight thefts.
Defensive Player of the Year: Natasha Mack, Oklahoma State
Freshman of the Year: Lexi Donarski, Iowa State
The Iowa State freshman guard averaged 13.2 points per game and shot 41.7 percent from three-point land. She scored a season best 32 points when she made 10-of-14 shots including six-of-nine from three-point land in a win over TCU.
Coach of the Year: Mike Carey, West Virginia
West Virginia had a down season a year ago, going 7-11 in the conference and 17-12 overall. This season his team improved to 12-4 in the Big 12 and 18-4 overall. The Mountaineers entered the regular season unranked and closed with a ranking of 18.
