RE Mentor!
Run Far Away from this Real Estate "mentor"

I write often! When I am sad, happy, or disappointed, but when I am tick off, I tend to make a mission that everyone hears about the trap so they will not have to suffer like I did. Yes, everything a clear and accurate and this is no exaggeration. If "buyer beware" was a picture, the face of this so-called Real Estate mentor would pop right up.
Before I dive deep info RE Mentor's 17.5 out of 100 rating, let me tell you a bit about their predatory pitch and their art to play to a potential weakness to tap into your dreams to solve it all.
Their call will come from a Massachusetts phone number, which they are based in a town outside of Boston, called Rockland, MA. $1000 may not be much to you, but for a father of teenage triplets, every penny counts!
I am tired of the fake pitches about risking it all and struggling to make it! sacrifice for the greater or whatever bullshit cliché statement RE Mentor or any of these fake firms can pitch to take innocent people’s money and are completely OK with it!
Now here is the big scam of it all! RE Mentor request that you not record during boot camp so they wont have “sensitive” information leak, but it is to hide From the lies they tell you! This lie stuck out the most! “If you close your first deal within 30 days, the money you pay for this boot camp will be returned to you”. How about the first conversation I had with a major investor after boot camp, she told me it takes 45 to 90 days minimum to close on a deal!
It has been over two months now that I requested a refund, and I was told that I had to request for a refund before the boot camp was over and was told that I could request for a refund within 30 days! This was to second big lie we were told!
I requested a refund the moment that investor told me how long it took for a deal to close. Not to mention her whole demeanor changed as she was a pleasant lady, who appeared to be this mentor that had an “open-door” attitude during the boot camp, to a person who appeared to be frustrated with me during our one-on-one zoom call she was 30 Minutes late for.
Then the guy who gave the class, he gave out business cards to give the appearance that he was available at anytime. I sent him an email to thank him for the weekend and the email was returned “error with email does not exist”!
Let me close with the biggest lie of all! Before paying my $1074.60, I asked if there are anymore major Investments needed before moving forward. The rep replied, “no, this is all you need” and on the 2nd day of boot camp, they hit us with a 30K mentorship fee to continue on!
Yes, I fed into the pitch as the present or (guy with the fake email) said he did it as he just got finished with a divorce and was at the cross roads of making a major decision in his life, but he did it anyway as he sacrificed! Yeah, I’ve fit into the bullshit!
this is a real estate firm that you need to stay far and clear away from! If you are small investor and you have a handful of properties, just stay right there and grow them on your own because what they’re pitching is a bunch of lies and it’s only beneficial to those who are empower anyway with a lot of properties already under their belt this is not helpful or beneficial for the small person at all!
