NXT: No Mercy 2025 Predictions

Welcome to Predictions. My name is Jared Weathers and let's do some background really quick. So, if you haven't been paying attention to NXT lately, they have been intermingling with TNA. Trick Williams is the TNA World Champion while Jacy Jayne, the leader of Fatal Influence, is the Knockouts Champion. This writing is after the September 23rd, 2025 NXT Episode on The CW. When TNA stars invaded the Performance Center and ruined the main event, Oba Femi vs Williams, winner takes all match. I don't know the set-up for the card so I am gonna make my own.

Sol Ruca (w/ Zaria) (c) vs Lainey Reed- WWE Speed Women's Championship Match

Sol is quickly becoming one of my favorites, the more I see her wrestle she is pretty good. A different kind of wrestler and it brings more diversity in move-sets.

I am excited to see Lainey, I don't watch NXT a whole lot so I am interested in seeing how this match goes. So my prediction is gonna be Ruca. She has more experience, and I think she should be able to retire that title.

Winner: Sol Ruca, Retains

"All Ego" Ethan Page (c) vs Tavion Heights- NXT North American Championship Match

This is gonna be a bit biased on my part but I love Ethan Page. I've been watching him from when he was on IMPACT! to a bit on AEW with Scorpio Sky and now in WWE. He is one of my favorites and I don't have a lot to say about Heights.

Winner: "All Ego" Ethan Page, Retains

Jordynne Grace vs Blake Monroe- Weaponized Steel Cage Match

Now this match type was known before as the Ambrose Asylum. I think we should keep the name. Anyway, another biased pick as Grace is one of my favs as well. She is dope and I love watching her throw her opponents around. I wanna see how Monroe does but this is gonna be Grace

Winner: Jordynne Grace

Jacy Jayne (w/ Fallon Henley) (c) vs Lola Vice- NXT Women's Championship Match

Lola Vice is good, coming from MMA is a good idea, and seeing her in AAA, I see potential I just do not think she is quite there. Although this could be a way of getting the NXT Championship off of Jayne, and letting her focus more on the TNA side, and maybe a group call up. I will be taking Vice for that reason.

Winner: Lola Vice, New Champ

Je'Von Evans vs Josh Briggs- Singles Match

Evans is on his way up and I don't know a lot about Briggs. I hope Evans takes it, sorry not a whole lot of insight on this one. This would be a cool set up for the rumored TNA/NXT PLE that has been swirling if Leon Slater shows up.

Winner: Je'Von Evans

Oba Femi (c) vs Ricky Saints- NXT Championship Match

Oba is a monster and it sucks that his match with Trick was cut short. It was very good until TNA got involved. I think we will get a Trick Williams cameo and maybe a TNA cameo or 2. I like Ricky but we will see what happens. Oba should be getting called up soon but until then I think this match is Oba's to lose. It's hard to see him losing this match straight up with no interference.

Winner: Oba Femi, Retains
