AEW WrestleDream 2025 Predictions
Who will be victorious at this year's Wrestledream?

AEW's third annual WrestleDream PPV will take place this Saturday in St. Louis, Missouri. It's already a stacked card with an I Quit match; plus newly crowned Women's Champion Kris Statlander will have her first title defense.
With AEW's top talent fighting it out, fans at the Chaifetz Arena will be on the edge of their seats. But it won't be a good night for many as some wrestlers will walk away with a big loss.
Hangman Adam Page vs. Samoa Joe - AEW World Championship
Hangman Page has proven himself to be a fighting champion. But has he met his match in Samoa Joe? Tensions between the two became evident during a recent tag match. Joe is a tough opponent and has vowed to make Hangman’s championship reign a short one. The odds seem stacked against Page, but can he overcome his latest challenge and hold on to the belt?
Prediction: While some fans would love to see Joe as World Champion again, he’ll come up empty in his match against Hangman.
Kris Statlander vs. "Timeless" Toni Storm - AEW Women's World Championship
Statlander pulled off a surprise victory by winning the Women’s Championship in a four-way match. The moment was a long-awaited one for Statlander, who’s been working hard the past six years. Now’s she the top star in the women’s division and everyone is gunning for her.
Former champion Toni Storm feels lost after losing her title and seeks to reclaim her glory. She’ll face off with Statlander in a one-on-one match to get back her coveted Women’s Champion. Based on their recent interactions, this will be a tense and heated brawl between the ladies.
Prediction: Statlander’s reign is just getting started, no way she loses.
Jon Moxley vs. Darby Allin - I Quit Match
Moxley and Allin have been on of AEW’s best feuds this year. Their first fight at All Out ended with Moxley picking up the victory and putting Darby in a coffin. But Allin isn’t going down without a fight. The two will put it all on the line in their I Quit match, which will be a bloody and physical brawl.
Prediction: Allin will get Moxley to quit.
Jurassic Express vs. The Young Bucks
Jack Perry made his surprise return at All Out costing The Young Bucks a win in their ladder match. Perry is back to being a babyface and reunited with his former partner Luchasaurus to reform Jurassic Express. But the Young Bucks are finished with their former protege and challenged Jurassic Express to a tag match. As an extra incentive, the winners of the WrestleDream match will receive $500,000 which is what the broke Jackson brothers need.
Prediction: Jurassic Express walk away with the victory and the money.
Kyle Fletcher vs. Mark Briscoe - TNT Championship
Kyle Fletcher is excelling as a heel and his TNT Championship reign has been great so far. Fletcher is a tough guy willing to take on any opponent. Mark Briscoe is a popular babyface who doesn’t go down without a fight. He has a shot at winning his first AEW singles title, but first he’ll push himself and Fletcher to the limit.
Prediction: As much as it’d be nice to see Briscoe win, Fletcher will retain.
Brodido vs. Kazuchika Okada and Konosuke Takeshita - AEW World Tag Team Championship
Brody King and Bandido aka Brodido have become AEW’s newest and popular tag team. The two scored a surprise victory at Forbidden Door by winning the AEW Tag Team Championship. So far their title defenses have been successful, but that might change with Okada and Takeshita. The Don Callis Family members are already singles champions, but have a shot to add more gold to the faction by adding the tag team titles.
Prediction: Brodido win and tension arises between Okada and Takeshita in the aftermath.
Jamie Hayter vs. Thekla
Thekla has become AEW’s newest dominant female. She’s already become a thorn in Jamie Hayter’s side. Their feud began on the Dynamite after Double or Nothing where Thekla debuted and attacked Hayter. Thekla’s attack put Hayter out of action for weeks, but now she’s back and has a core to settle with Thekla.
Prediction: Thekla picks up the victory here, but Hayter will gets hers at Blood and Guts.
The Hurt Syndicate vs. The Demand
This has been one of the best feuds in AEW’s tag team division. The rivalry between The Hurt Syndicate and The Demand began at Forbidden Door when The Demand cost Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin their tag team championship. The Demand continued putting one over on The Hurt Syndicate by beating them at All Out. However, they got their revenge on The Demand in a parking lot brawl match. Both teams have a win apiece and this match will determine who comes out on top.
Prediction: The Demand wins this one.
