My Personal Experience with FOREX
A short summary of what I learned
As many are now learning Forex, or the Foreign Exchange Market, I thought it would be helpful to share my experience so far.
I got involved in the forex market around November 2019. My friend who is a successful business leader had got into way before me and he thought it would be good for me to get involved, as I was focused on multiplying my money and I wanted to find an appropriate way to do so. I had my doubts about it originally because there were rumors going around that out was a scam and it would only benefit the person who got you involved. On the other hand, there was something about the information I was getting about that made me have hope.
What many people do not understand about the forex market is that is a skill and a business in itself. Yes, you are trading foreign currency, but there are skills you must learn in order to do so. When I originally started, I thought it was easy money that would make itself and I didn’t need to put any work in. The effort you put in strongly correlates with the results you get. One option to get all the education on Forex and understanding the market and how it moves is through IM Academy.
This is where the actual investment starts. Like any class or education you receive, you are going to have to put in some funds to do so. Forex is free, the only money you are required to put in, is the money you risk to make more. IM Academy is the education platform that teaches you how to be a trader. With IM Academy, you get access to so much information and so many resources that allow you to learn the ins and the outs of forex at your hands for a fee. When I joined IM Academy, it was $285 but it was the best investment I have made. Before IM Academy, I lost more money than I made money, I had no clue what I was doing, and I was believing forex was a scam. With IM Academy, I had access to educators who took their time to teach me what they knew about forex and their experience.
IM Academy is why many people are skeptical about thinking that forex is a scam. IM Academy pays people to recruit them under each other, kind of like a loyalty program from your favorite shop, the more people you sign under you, the more they pay you. There are people on IM Academy that earn around 250k a month just off of referrals. However, this is not equal to forex. Referring people is easy, if you know how to talk and get people to listen to you. Trading is hard.
This is not something that you learn overnight, If someone tells you otherwise, they are LYING. It's like going to school all over again. You have to learn the ins and the outs of the market. There are strategies that make learning easy. There are other platforms out there that make it easier, but overall this is a hard concept to grasp.
I am not sitting here trying to promote anything, nor am I going to forex on this pedestal and say everything about it is sweet. There are times where I had $300 and it turned into $130. There are times where I had $50 and it turned into $350. There are wins and there are losses, but overall, this is a positive experience for me and if you are willing to join this field and you have the time and the mindset to grow, take advantage of it. There is still a lot for me to learn, but I am willing to do so, the learning pays.
