Amaraa Capital, a financial services firm that provides online access to global markets for Forex and Contracts for Difference (CFD), has announced a significant infrastructural initiative to establish a new, centralized operations center. This facility is being developed to consolidate the company's core technical, platform development, and client service functions into a single, integrated hub. The new operations center is designed to serve as the nexus for three primary divisions: Technical Infrastructure Management, Platform Development & Support, and Client Services. The co-location of these departments is intended to foster closer collaboration and create more streamlined workflows, reducing dependencies between geographically separate teams and improving inter-departmental communication protocols.

The Technical Infrastructure Management division within the center will be tasked with the oversight of all critical systems. This includes the administration of servers, management of network connectivity and bandwidth, and the implementation of robust data storage and backup solutions. A key focus of this division will be on ensuring system redundancy and executing disaster recovery protocols to maintain service continuity. Furthermore, it will house a 24/7 network monitoring team responsible for proactive system analysis, latency management, and the application of cybersecurity measures to protect the integrity of the platform and client data.

A second core component of the facility will be the Platform Development & Support division. This unit will encompass the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) for the company's proprietary Vertex platform. It will host the engineering teams responsible for backend maintenance, frontend UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) research and design, and the deployment of scheduled software updates. A dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) team will conduct rigorous testing on all new features and patches before release. The division will also include a tiered technical support structure to handle and escalate platform-related inquiries from the main client service desk.

The Client Services division will also be centralized within the new hub. This department will include a multi-lingual support desk responsible for handling general client inquiries. It will also serve as the primary base for the company's team of Relationship Managers (RMs), who are assigned to provide dedicated account support and communication for clients holding PREMIUM, ELITE, and VIP accounts. The centralization is intended to provide the RM team with direct access to technical and operational staff, facilitating a more efficient resolution process for complex client issues. Internal training programs for all client-facing staff will also be managed from this location to ensure consistent service standards.
