Did you know I saved over $200 on SHEIN? We all love shopping, and if your reading this blog, chances are you love shopping online. I get it, scrolling through SHEIN sitting on the couch bored after work, just adding all kinds of things to the cart seems fun. Honestly, it is and I do it all the time. I know my boyfriends gets mad because he swears there is always a SHEIN haul on my front door step, but I honestly don't care because I save so much money I just end up bragging about what I spend and what I saved.

So, I know your dying to hear what I spent that day, and how I saved $200.

I can't quareentee you will save $200, however I can promise that, following these tricks will help your cart go from "I cant afford this right now", to "this is a serious snag."

I've learned over time, how to waste money on SHEIN, and what NOT to do. Thank goodness I went through the hard part right? That's why you have me, to spill all the beans.

Here's how I do it...

1. Create an account.

Don't checkout as a guest. Take the extra couple seconds to create an account. It won't take long. Once you set up an account, you can get points for placing orders. Just like a drug store or grocery store, the more points you earn, you can redeem them for dollars off. Earning points is super easy, and this is an easy way to take off $1-$6 your total.

2. Earn Points

If you download the app, things become alot easier. All you have to do is check in once a day, and they automatically give you points. Do small silly challenges in the beginning like "like and follow them on instgram." They will give you an extra 100 points. You earn points for every dollar you spend. You also earn points for writing reviews. Once your first SHEIN order comes in. Take the time to write a small 10-30 character review (This is like a sentence or 2), take 2-3 pictures, and add them to the review. Do this for each item, it takes all but 5 minutes to do. BOOM! you got yourself anywhere from 100 points to 300 points. This means SHEIN gives you points for your order twice if you write a review.

3. Check out the Home page

Almost always, do they have some type of super sale, or clearence going on. Where clothes are like $2-9 a piece. Take advantage of this. scroll through this selection first and oick out what you like and add it to the cart. This will easily rack up your cart with 10 items for only $40-60. They also do bogo sales alot. Like most stores, the item you buy is $20 or more just to get the second one free. Which means it's not even that great of a sale. SHEIN however, is cheap. You can pick out a shirt on sale for $7.99 and still get another shirt FREE!

4. Wait to place your order

Don't just add up your cart and buy what you have like amazon. Keep it in your cart over night, it wont disapear. Sometimes they will come up with better sales the next day. For example, you have 8-9 items for $120. Wait a day or two, they will almost always have some sale where you can bundle a bogo sale and get 8-9 items for $80-90. Or what I have done in the past is wait two or three days before placing the order, I hit a super sale and I am able to add 3 more things to my cart and have 12 items for $105.

5. "Free Trial Center"

They have a whole section that alot of people do not know about, where you can pick out items you like for FREE. This is where they allow people to try new clothing that is coming out. Not all the time do they have cute things in my size, however it's ALWAYS worth a try to look. I can't say I am mad when I add an extra item or two from the "free trial center".

6. Coupons

This is obvious right?! Coupons save money. When you have a SHEIN rewards account, they have steady coupons that come out and are available to you. I currently have 5 coupons loaded up in my account. Three 15% off, a 10% off and a 20% off. Sometimes they give out a striaght 20% off, other times its "20% orders $169.00 or more". This is up to your budget. I often will choose the 15% off flat over the 20% over $169.00. These coupons cannot be stacked, however they can be stacked with sales prices, free trisals, and points. This mean you can use 15% off coupon, bogo sales, free trial center items, AND points to help you save money.

When adding up your cart, it will look something like this...

Item #1- $10.99 $7.99

Item #2 $12.99 $9.99

Item #3 $13.99 $0

Item #4 $17.99 $13.99

Item #5 $11.50 $8.50

Item #6 $13.50 $0

Item #7 $17.89 $13.49

Item #8 $4.99 $2.99

Total: WAS, $103.84 NEW, $56.95

Points Available: 450

WAS $56.95

NOW $52.45 + Free shipping orders over $50.

Just like that, your order divided in half. All by following those simple steps. That order was able to save $51.30. What are you able to save now that you know about these SHEIN tricks.
