Nigerian actress and media personality, Erica Nlewedim, is one of the most popular name and face to come out of the Big Brother Naija franchise. Of course as a celebrity, she also has to go out for events as well as keep up with a social media presence, which means she has to wear different clothes and experiment with fashion and style. Like everybody, sometimes her outfits are praised, and sometimes the outfits that she wears bring insults. Today we'll be counting down 5 Times Erica Nlewedim's Clothes Brought Her Insults. Are you ready to see what they are? Then let's go!

One.

When Erica Nlewedim posted this picture online rocking an outfit that is similar to the one American rapper Cardi B wore on the album cover of her album Invasion of Privacy, people were quick to come for the actress and their comments were brutal! One person said, "erica be like that my papa sister the year 1962" while another said “Omg Erica looks ridiculous”. In fact, one person went ahead to do a side by side comparison of Erica beside Cardi b calling Cardi's outfit "Grammy style" and Erica's "Grandma style"

Two.

When Erica posted this set of pictures wearing this outfit with a deep plunging neckline that showed off a lot of cleavage, as you can imagine, the images were mixed reactions. At its worst one user said about the dress, "Maybe this babe needs good designers & stylists, she prides herself as a 'Queen' but a true Queen doesn't dress like this I.M.O. dress is just loose and too exposed" amidst more.

Three.

Another time that Erica got absolutely dragged online for an outfit choice that she made was when she stepped out late last year for the premiere of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Many people believed that Erica's outfit was poor and very lackluster especially for the nature of the premiere. One user said, "Is she going for a dinner date? What’s up with the dress", while another said, "Isn’t there like a theme for this premiere? Cause what is that outfit?" People definitely had a lot to say about Erica's choice of outfit.

Four.

Talk about an outfit that caused conversation online simply because of the color and time of wearing. So why this look got so many insults was because when in 2020, Erica wore and posted this outfit, another all-white themed Big Brother party had been held the night prior, and so that caused insults for Erica. People said that she wore the white dress just to join the other housemates through internet because she was not invited to the real party.

Five.

When Erica uploaded these very sultry pictures online that showed off a lot of her body, shape, and cleavage, it was met with a lot of mixed reactions. Some people really praised the outfit calling it sexy and sultry, while there were others who bashed the look for being "too much" and too exposing.

Which outfit did you think deserved the insult, and which do you think didn't deserve the hate? Let me know your thoughts by leaving a comment either below or on my Jide Okonjo Facebook post.
