A lot of people travel for work, often away from home where they don't have time to cook food or don't know how to cook it. Mostly, they depend on ordering food from a restaurant electronically, but this can be problematic – every time they order, they might not get what they want or may not healthy for body. Ofcourse need the fire to cook the food and maintain it to till the food is cooked. But most of the people doesn't know properly to cook and below details can help to make your food delicious by cooking without fire.

So here are the recipes for each of the dishes mentioned below in the previous response and hope you would definitely find it giving a try after all they require are just ingredients that are easily available in the market:

1. Fruit Salad

- Mix together a variety of chopped fruits, such as apples, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and grapes. Serve chilled.

2. Yogurt Parfait

- In a glass or bowl, layer Greek yogurt, granola, and sliced fruit (such as strawberries, bananas, or blueberries). Repeat the layers until the glass is full. Serve chilled.

3. Sandwiches

- Choose your favorite bread and fill it with your favorite meats, cheeses, and vegetables. You can add condiments like mustard or mayo if desired.

4. Veggie Wraps

- Lay a tortilla flat and spread hummus on it. Add lettuce, sliced vegetables (such as cucumber, tomato, and bell pepper), and any other desired toppings. Roll up tightly and serve.
