Understanding the Hidden Causes of Persistent Fatigue

Therefore, consult a doctor or psychologist if you suspect you may be depressed.

Lastly, you may just be a naturally occurring night owl. Approximately 20% of people are genetically inclined to stay up late. However, if you have a nine to five job, it could be hard for you to get enough sleep. Actually, this effect is known by scientists as "social jet lag." For one thing, night owls experience daily disorientation from their normal time zone. If nothing appears to be helping, you should discuss your exhaustion with your doctor since there could be an underlying medical issue.
