Maybe I should change something about how I humbly begin here by addressing myself by say a funky nickname like Han Solo. I do not expect this to do business ( the only idea I have currently is sports related ) . Unless somehow things take a turn towards entertainment no one will look at this non challenge contest potential submission.
For the record, I am not personally aware of a lot of entertainment Goliaths who were auburn or red haired. Obvious exceptions exist. The thing is that perhaps people who have the typically fair/sun sensitive skin and hair color are already easily distinguished. Maybe they do not typically end up categorized as star or superstar/legend material.
What rolls out easily for me are names/people like the late Red Skelton and Lucille ( henna ) Ball. I lived oddly somewhere for about twenty five years where a somewhat celebrated woman remains an example of the reverse Lucy equation ( she seems to prefer very successfully being bubbly/blond to a bit mousy and naturally red haired ) .
Having preemptively concluded what I have I am tempted to trash this before some presumed somewhat hot points Pixie would be Mensa product masquerading as an editorial minion fails to approve of a trivial virtual non effort. Technically I may have been due a ten dollar bonus but...whatever.
I am going to get some people to scroll down should they come across this by chance by spitting out Hall Of Fame ( deceased ) coach Red Auerbach and Larry Bird as exceptional red haired basketball champions. Rocket Rod Laver was an Australian tennis star while bombastic Bill Walton made a career out of broadcasting after his repeated foot injuries cut short playing the game of hoops.
Carson Wentz' jury remains out insofar as being a rare red haired championship football quarterback. Most experts feel Andy Dalton's ship has sailed sans Super Bowls.
When women's tennis names come up they seem to be sans red hair. The current Williams sisters were preceded by blond Maria Sharapova, Chris Evert and dark ( personal life aside ) B. J. King. Lefty Martina Navratilova dominated as did briefly Monica Seles ( both were Eurasian, neither even auburn tinted as I recall ) . Andrea Jaeger flamed out as that reddish rarity and was contemporary to another ( blonder ) prodigy Tracy Austin.
So what's it all about one might ask oneself. Robert Redford might be a Lucille Ball equivalent without the hair chameleon necessity. Nicole Kidman landed Tom Cruise.
In keeping with the tabloid tone so far here's another huge oxymoron of a trivial question. When will the U. S. be led by a carrot top? Remember these folks at least of the male gender are supposed to be typecast as well, hot heads, the last thing or first that you look for in politics.
Bear in mind that that last assertion is mostly based upon a Psychologist's query I recall from a single high school lecture class. Stereotypes tend to evaporate if thoroughly researched. We had a auburn haired tap dance student of the boyish type back in one of my elementary schools. Kevin was uniquely adept/consumed by jump rope at recess to the point that he was made to participate as a warm body in a single touch football contest by a somewhat strict if not rigid teacher. At our local gym Chris was a skilled red head who liked to compete and make a sizzling sort of hiss when he was on his game sinking shots from the key. This bespectacled six footer worked summers as a relatively even tempered park/court attendant all day.
A former Prima Ballerina of a West Coast Ballet company was auburn haired and the modern dance specialist who headed a University dance department she failed to gain tenure in was also. As I recall one woman who had her own touring company was, too.
Two of the women who counselled me were coincidentally reddish haired. I have not been able to pull the one up on YouTube lately but she has been there in the past.
