What would you do for your sanity?

Are there extreme measures to take?

Does the extremity make you or me a little insane?

What would I do for my sanity?

My sanity is what matters the most to me. Having peace inside and out is what matters most to me.

Being able to be in the light as darkness lurks is what matters most to me.

And above all , my damn sanity!

People go insane all the time , my mind use to scream for sanity. All the people near or around me, drained my energy and thoughts. But you know what , you eventually can't take it anymore. So what do you do? You take back your thoughts and you take control of your thoughts. You also REMOVE those people who do that to you. It may not easy at first but eventually they will fall off sporadically. The question that will now arise is if you are making the right choice. Not knowing the answer myself but having faith and diligence to know that my sanity is way more important than people who want me to lose it.

The most prominent thing to protect and the most least thing to neglect. Something I learned through my life's experience. Sanity is not about making other people happy or doing what's best for others. The key to sanity is YOU and you alone. For us to remain sane we have to leave love for ourselves and think for ourselves.

"You are the most permanent thing in your life, choose you, always ❤️."

“It will always be an internal fight.”

The struggle to choose yourself.

Yes, I choose me.

The struggle to fight for your sanity.

Yes, I choose my own way of staying sane.

We have no one to blame!

The struggle to choose what’s best for you.

Yes, I choose what’s best for me.

The struggle to obtain my sanity, run through the veins of me. No better medicine than using my mind, to stay sane for me.

Not all will agree.

But it’s not up to them, it’s up to YOU & ME .. the everlasting catastrophe they want to see. I refuse to be…

Addicted to any medicine that’s not good for me.

Addicted to people using me.

Addicted to an unhappy me.

Addicted to use things that only abuse me.

Addicted to anything that keeps me astray from my sanity.

I am who I am to be.

I am the me you choose NOT to see.

I am the embodiment of a vision to see.

I am who I am to be.

I AM,

Affirmatively.

Speaking from a positive mindset, all new year to manifest.

Now, what would you do for your sanity?

Put down what’s not good for you?

Tell people to FxckOff?

Go after what you always wanted?

Love you a little more?

Close all negative doors?

Pray a little more?

Spend time with yourself?

Engage in self help?

All different ways to keep you sane, sane, sane. And to clear your mental space.

Clearing my mental space is extreme medicine for my overly thinking pace.

It takes time and dedication but we all can make it happen if it’s what we really want.

One day at a time.

Nothing happens overnight as I learned the hard way.

But staying consistent… staying consistent is what keeps me going and moving forward.

There will always be obstacles and challenges to move out the way.

But through consistency they all fall away.

We all have an addiction.

Whether or not we choose to admit it.

If we don’t admit it, can we fix it?
