Finding the Perspective that Serves
A Quick intro to Exploring your Inner World

The transformation from self-less to self-love, gracefully maintaining unconditional love. What does it mean to have unconditional love? How to balance boundaries, self-care, service to others, compassion, empathy, instinct, intuition, logic, patterns, conditions…to break free of the chains of our history and to approach each day as a blank canvas. Clearing and releasing that which doesn’t serve the greatest good of a vision of bliss. Seeking transformation, faced with the cycle of lessons, striving to change reactions to grow from a higher place. What vibration do I choose? How to live in that vibration through being faced with old patterns.
Deep breath, recalibrate, “be the change you wish to see.”
Courage and faith, courage and faith, trust, trust, trust.
I allow my loving guidance to flow into my being, to fill every cell in my body with hope, faith, love, comfort, renewal, bliss, knowing.
The new world is possible, is probable, is within a now of every moment. Aligning presence with the duality within, forming the without.
Dance with the shadow, for it always knows the step. What better partner than your own reflection…
Choosing to make a choice can be a hard step in the first place. When you realize how many ways in which you are blocking your own progression through aligning with prescribed definitions of reality, your ability to really choose your own perspective seems out of reach. We are all born into different definitions of reality and then further complicated from our authentic state as we go through life. When I say complicated from our authentic state, I do not mean to say we are getting further from our true selves, rather we are stretched beyond our state of just being self in order to better and more truly understand what it means to be self. We are in essence experiencing the spectrum of duality in order to better illustrate the truth of the whole.
We find ourselves in situations through out each day that trigger emotional responses. These emotions can take us on a wild ride. If we translate these tides and understand them as messengers, we can start to illuminate the inner voice that is trying to lead us to our ultimate experience. Our emotions indicate our vibration. Bringing awareness to our vibrational state as it relates to our emotional and metal state is the beginning of co-creating our experience of reality. When something triggers us, we get an emotional response followed by a stream of thoughts. This can be perceived as “positive” or “negative” depending on our relationship with the stimuli.
If we notice a “negative” response correlating to a lowering of our vibrational state, this is where the co-creative step comes into play. We can slow down, take a breath and say to ourselves, “What truth is behind this reaction?” Often, there is some aspect of our past experiences that is coloring our reaction in some way. Here are some other reflective questions that can be helpful in shining light on these states:
1. What belief system am I prescribing to that is supporting this feeling of lack?
2. In what ways am I not tuning into love in this moment?
3. Am I giving this situation the benefit of the doubt?
4. Is there a way I can re-orient my thoughts to improve my perspective on this situation?
5. What action is within my power to improve this situation? (sometimes this is also a “non-action”)
6. What can I gain from this vibrational lesson?
7. How long is necessary for me to feel in this vibration to serve my ultimate transformation?
8. Am I ready to transmute this situation to a higher vibration?
9. Am I inspired to co-create a higher vibrational existence for myself and others?
10. How can this situation inspire me to take action on positive shifts in my life?
If we notice a “positive” stimuli correlating to an increase in our vibration, this is also a chance to take a co-creative step. We can tune into the fullness of that moment and affirm to ourselves and the universe that we like the way this vibrational state feels. What is the truth behind this reaction?
1. I appreciate feeling like this!
2. I am inspired by these emotions of love and joy!
3. I accept that I deserve to feel love and joy!
4. I release my fears of feeling good!
5. I am excited to share and spread this vibration of bliss!
6. I wish to ripple this sensation to those around me!
7. What actions can I take to increase this vibration in my life?
8. I am thankful for these moments of high vibrational experience!
Emotions, thoughts, and intuition all drive our experience. Bringing awareness to which frequency you are living from can help to see how you are operating and what factors are driving your behaviors. Are you coming from a place of emotion? What does that feel like? Are you acting out from logic? Where does the sensation of logic live within your body. What about intuition? What is it saying? Can you notice where it speaks from? Beginning to recognize which stream you are on during a particular moment can help to navigate the energies and situations more clearly. As you notice if your state of being is being driven by emotions, logic, or intuition it will help you to find a balanced way to approach whatever is in front of you and find more clarity on how you actually want to be experiencing life.
Hopefully some of these thoughts can help to empower you to begin to make choices from a place of self-love and in favor of your ultimate path. The complexities of life are vast and “choosing your perspective” can be very difficult, especially with big and highly emotional issues and circumstances. Start with the little things.
