Sticking to the Law of Attraction

If you have a strong sense of spirituality, I have no doubt you already know what the 'Law of Attraction' is, but if you do not...

In a nutshell, it is the belief that positive or negative thoughts bring positive or negative experiences into someone's life.

This has been proven by so many people, and I have experienced it myself without even knowing what I was doing in the past...

What happens?

You essentially need to retain positivity to send the right vibrations to the universe, you need to give thanks to everything you have received, and you need to picture that what you want (it can be absolutely anything) is happening to you right now. The universe can't do the whole lot for you, but you need to be able to read the signs it sends to help you along the way - and of course, put your own work into it!

Where to start?

I have meditated for years which is excellent as it gives me a clear head space and allows me to keep more positive throughout the day.

I have now purchased a journal to help keep me on track. In the journal, you write down your desires and dreams in the present tense and this is called manifestation. You are telling the universe exactly what you want in return.

I have mind-mapped my goal for the next 3 months, the next year, the next 20 years and so it should really give you an idea of what you want in life. You also write down your struggles with each goal and what you should do to overcome them.

I tell my journal what I am grateful for so far in my life and I have even created a vision board (as you can't get much clearer when speaking to the universe). The journal also allows you to plan your month with the goals you want to achieve in that month, your week, and your day, all in the same way!

You have to workout the necessary steps to help the universe with your requests and I actually thought of more than I realised when just planning in my head.

My morning routine...

Every morning, I will wake up and start with a glass of water (one of the steps I am trying to take is drinking more water!), I then sit upright and take 10 deep breaths. I then place a hand on my heart and give thanks, but remember, you can start smaller such as giving thanks for your health, the body you're in, the oxygen you're breathing etc.

You then receive love by picturing a white light starting from the top of your head and moving down until it meets your heart. You picture the same starting from your feet, until it stops at your heart again, and you feel it expanding outwards from there.

Start to think of all the people and things you love and imagine you are showering the white light over them.

When you have given love, continue to picture where you see yourself in your dreams and see it as your actual life in the present. To make it more realistic, try to imagine the five senses; feel, see, hear, smell, taste.

At the end, you will repeat to yourself that you're going to have a good day.

What now?

This has been successful for me in the past with finding love, and so I am going to continue down this past. I will keep you updated with my successes, and I hope that more of you can join in on this adventure to finding thee perfect life.
