I feel invisible. I am a shadow behind everyone else. I walk but it's a pull. It's like I can barely breathe but I do. I breathe, but I'm suffocating. Where am I? What am I doing? I hope I have a guardian angel beside me. I feel alone and suffocating.
Where do I go from here? I'm lost and confused. Walking on the streets in the middle of nowhere, what am I doing? I am trying to be seen. Can you see me?
It will work. I can do it. Fill it out. Wake up! It's time to wake up! It's time to go. Wait, get ready first! I have to make my coffee! Do you know how important my coffee is? I have to have it.
I put 8 cups of water in. I scoop the coffee into my filter. I am waking up now. Hit brew. Brew is the key. I can smell the coffee and I am loving it.
Things are important but they flow through me like sand threw my fingertips. I try my hardest to be nice to everyone I meet. I was taught that if you are nice, you will get rewarded back. Karma. I believe in Karma.

Even when we are surrounded by people we can feel alone. Our minds are playing tricks. The trick is that you are not alone. There is a lot of people all around you. There is tons of people. It's just reaching out.

Reaching out to find help if you are so sad that you feel invisible. Reaching out even if it's a friend or a professional coach. They can be your best friend. Sometimes the darkness feels unbearable and it feels like it is surrounding you. Sometimes you feel like no one is hearing you.

There is a lot of people out there. The best friend for you is you. You need to be your best friend and be your best supporter. Know that you are worth the best friend and the best support that you can find and get.
Some good hygiene way to practice is to get good sleep. I would -recommend at least 7-10 hours of sleep at night. That would give good sleep that would let the brain function and recoup. Another thing I would recommend is to practice good thankful positive thinking. I would recommend gratitude for everything that is around you.

Another great sleep hygiene routine to do is set a time to go to sleep and a time to wake up every day. This will help a person go to sleep and wake up every day. Sleep hygiene is very important to keep your brain functioning the right way. The brain is amazing in how strong of an organ it is in our bodies.
Keeping the temp low helps a person sleep, as well as wearing a sleep mask. Also, keeping the electronics out of the room or at a bare minimum before bedtime. A person that exercises, should not exercise just before bedtime because it will excite your body. The best time to exercise is in the morning.

The best thing to help with sleep and positivity is therapy and relaxation therapy. Meditation is a great therapy to start if it helps to center yourself so you can clear your mind from negativity.
