Coincidence, precognition or Synchronicity?

What are these terms used by various fields of knowledge and spiritualism as a reasonable explanation when an occurrence in the real world follows a thought in the mind?

In the first part of this series, I talked about a coincidence . Precognition or intuition is the ability to perceive future events before they occur and is linked to subconscious awareness. Confirmation bias is noticing events that confirm our existing beliefs or thoughts. Synchronicity describes coincidences that appear related but not causally connected and can be linked to psychological states or even spiritual realms.

My thought process, the voices and the reaction in the real world at the exact time I turn up at specific locations. This is where I ended the previous part of this series.

I started this part of the series going through various reasonable explanations. I hear voices. They warn me of the Metropolitan Police presence in a specific location on my travel that day. I arrived there and I can see a Police presence. Not doing anything in particular but what seems to be a visibility presence around a train station as I exit. I am curious and hang around at a distance to see what happens next. A few minutes later, they have dispersed. Was that visibility for my eyes only? A coincidence? A precognition because these voices are in my mind? A confirmation bias because I may have had prior knowledge of facts meaning I knew the probability of a Police encounter around such a location but I was now noticing it? Synchronicity, a coincidence which appears related but no causal connection to these voices I hear?

Over the next few days and weeks, there are repetitive events of the Metropolitan Police presence at specific locations just when I arrive and dispersed a few minutes after. I am concerned at being privy to sensitive Police activities by hearing voices who give me an advance warning of a Police encounter. I have to report it to the Metropolitan Police. I called 101, they redirected my call to the local Police station. The Police operator on the call reassured me that they knew in her own words where "all their Police assets are". There was nothing to worry about an ordinary person hearing voices who told him where Police activities will be and it was correct. Not once or twice but on numerous occasions for it to be just a coincidence.

I am not comfortable at all. I rang the anti terrorism hotline. I hear voices and I maybe a security risk to the Metropolitan Police, was my explanation. "We only deal with actual risks of terrorism", was the answer I got. What next? No one believes me, I get told on both calls maybe I ought to make an appointment with the NHS. This is the first of my numerous calls to the Metropolitan Police as I will recollect.

I started this part of the series by going through the reasonable explanations often given. One of those is spirituality and this is where events take a turn. It is as if these voices have a modus operandi. A way they operate to control my being. A form of cohesive control which is legally defined as

"an act or a pattern of acts of assault, threats, humiliation and intimidation or other abuse that is used to harm, punish, or frighten their victim. Coercive and controlling behaviour is at the heart of domestic abuse."

Yes. domestic abuse except that the abuse is psychological in my mind. Those voices who were initially saying they can help are now calling me all sorts of derogatory names and insults. My sin was to report it to the Police and I started to avoid places these voices told me in advance. I also have a causal connection to my activities on a well known establishment media website. It now ventures into Spirituality. I will recollect what I can now not only hear but see, feel or touch, smell and taste.
