Baseball Eye Candy
MLB players who are repeatedly worth admiring over

The 2025 Major League Baseball regular season is a few weeks away and we're ready for it. If you were to ask anyone who's not a fan of baseball what their favorite part about the sport is, the response will most likely be the cute players and them wearing tight baseball pants. As a gay baseball fan, I agree with these assessments. Even if you're a fan of whatever MLB team your root for, we can't stop staring and admiring good looking players. In this story, I'll be featuring some of my favorite MLB players, one who's active and the rest who have since retired, so you can drool all over the following guys at your own expense. Now, let's get started.

First on this list is David Wright. He played all 14 seasons with the New York Mets and was one of the many candidates for the 2025 Baseball Hall of Fame Class, even though he wasn't selected to be inducted this summer. The seven-time All-Star was part of the 2015 National League Championship team. He may have not won a World Series title, but his on-field presence and the admiration from Mets fans are among the many reasons why he's still loved and respected today. His beautiful brown eyes and adorable smile will make you blush.

Next up is Giancarlo Stanton. The defending American League Championship Series (ALCS) MVP has looks that no one can ignore. While the Yankees failed to capture a World Series title last year, this picture of him and his incredible skills are nothing short of amazing. I mean, look at his amazing abs and physique. Here's hoping for a better 2025 for Giancarlo.

Oooh la la! This fine hunk is former MLB player and manager Gabe Kapler. Kapler, born in 1975, played on a few MLB teams, including the Tampa Bay Rays and Boston Red Sox. Also, he had stints as a manager with the Los Angeles Dodgers, Philadelphia Phillies, and San Francisco Giants. He was named National League Manager of the Year with the latter team in 2021. He's very into fitness, as he likes to tout on his own blog and on Instagram, and is proud to show off his toned physique and good looks. While many baseball fans loathed him for his outspoken progressive views, his overall appearance is one not to be overlooked.

Am I making y'all blush and/or faint? Good, because there are two more former players to highlight. If you've watched the 2016 Chicago Cubs historic World Series win, where they snapped an 108-year championship drought, chances are you were a fan of former pitcher Jake Arrieta. He was part of that World Series winning team and is also a Cy Young Award Winner. In case you're unfamiliar with that award, MLB gives it to the best performing pitcher from both the American and National League. His striking beard and handsome physique was out of this world. He was featured in ESPN's Body Issue, which features athletes from different sports baring it all and tastefully showing off their athletic bodies. I recommend everyone to check out Jake's many pictures from the Body Issue.

The last now former MLB player on this list is someone who isn't mentioned that much, but is worthy of being recognized in this story. I'm talking about none other than Kevin Kiermaier. He played for the Tampa Bay Rays, Toronto Blue Jays, and retired as a World Series champion with the Los Angeles Dodgers last year. His beautiful eyes is what makes people go crazy over him. Winning a World Series title is how you close out a successful MLB career. Who knows? We might see him in either a front office position or part of a coaching staff with the Blue Jays in the future.

I'm not a baseball fan (prefer football), but I agree with most of your picks (I don't love the beard, lol). Lovely pics!
