Your Song

Home

By Nicole WongPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

time fell away when your hand held Mine.

fear flew fast like Idle wind.

from that very step, Cold also died.

Hurt felt less than very thin.

many Able ones only risk tiny cost.

Each find bare wins plus easy loss.

ours hits bold Like firm rock.

your eyes—warm.

your face—cute.

your help—avid.

past pain—mute.

some said, “care less.”

self said, “heal. rest.”

such home.

real find.

pain gone.

life—kind.

time fell away when your hand held mine.

This is very well written. I love the line 'past pain—mute'.
