And strong like a mountain
It's warm just like the sand
Each grain a new promise
Your love is gentleness
Your love is strength, though too
Your love is safety, but
It's passionate in hue
Baby, your love forgives
It's more than I deserve
Baby, your love it heals
Like a balm to my wounds
Your love is music and
It's a fresh melody
It changes and it grows
Won't fade with memory
I've tried to run away
From your love in the past
Expecting it to fail
But it was much too vast
It's stood the test of time
Of struggle and of change
