I’m not connected to your brain,

but I am a dark image of you.

I’m with you for most everything,

that in the light you will do.

Wherever your body will touch,

then there, I’ll be near by.

WhileI don’t weigh very much,

I’ll surely catch your eye.

I’m a darkness that you have.

You can’t get rid of me.

A shadow, that’s neither good or bad.

I’ll tell where you’ll be.

While me you cannot hurt,

I cannot hurt you.

There is one thing I assert,

I’ll do everything you do.
