You touched my heart with gentle grace,

A light that shone upon my face.

Your kindness warmed me through and through,

And opened up my world anew.

Your words, so soft and sweetly said,

Were like a balm to heal my head.

The way you smiled and held my hand,

Helped me to finally understand.

That in this world of constant strife,

There is hope for a better life.

For when we touch each other's hearts,

We find the strength to do our parts.

So thank you, dear one, for reaching out,

And helping me to overcome doubt.

You touched my heart in ways untold,

And helped me find my own true gold.
