You Led Me Home

Seeing a reflection of myself within you inspired a loving welcome back home.

The embrace of the heart that calls me toward the warmth. The soft smile of curled lips and separated teeth.

Each morning, the beauty that reflects upon my mirror seems to be the only way to fully see myself.

I walk toward the bodies that hold space with open arms and curl me in a while, energetically expressing my safety.

It may be you that I call upon to take me home as you walk me down the path to find the source of my love.

You have held me up and asked me to keep going in the name of love and for the purpose of healing.

I found myself while you held the foundation of my journey.

My home away from home, I look at you and now see a reflection of me in another.

You were the embrace when I was lost and the soul that led me to lean into myself.

As I continued on the path of searching for where my home would be, I was being prepared for the second that I realized that it was me.

I once looked for it within you and now see that all I set out to find was never lost.

Home is the love I hold in my heart and the smile I place upon my face as I finally recognize the oneness between us.

Home is when I get the wave of emotion – my feminine flow taking me home to my heart.

Thank you for seeing within me what I was unable to see within myself. Thank you for guiding me home.
