You know, maybe this is the one
You know the one that gets the reads
The one that everyone needs
You know
But hey
who am I to say
If this poem will strike the right cord
You know
People may read it
and eat it up like candy
Well, that would be quite dandy
But who knows, you know
Is probably bad
and will make people sad
Hell, even a little mad
You know
But I think
people may give it a second wink
Even, just maybe, it will be the one
That people read and run
Telling all how fun
It was to read
You know
