My mother always told me be mindful when you sow a seed

Whichever seed that you sow will be the growing seed.

Make a mental note of what you put into the world.

What you put in is what you will be getting from the world.

Don’t put healthy effort forward and only give lack.

A sorry effort from the world is the gift you get back.

Get in the world and plant seeds of good.

In amazing ways you’ll be receiving good.

When walking be mindful of the soil you put your foot in.

Because in this world you get back what you put in.

Yes, it seems we do give out what you put in although we don't see it that way sometimes and we don't see why others get what they don't put in. Well done, good luck in the challenge.

  • be mindful - I love this line. It says so much in its simplicity
