You drank me away
In a sea of booze

Bottle lays empty on the table,
and the harsh words from your lips sting.
Drank your fill, yet I was full;
words can wear down a soul.
You drank me away.
The door creaks shut.
I tiptoe
softly.
Free.

"Drank your fill, yet I was full;" That line was so deep! Your poem was so poignant but I loved that she was free at the ending!
