You Are

You are seen.

You are heard.

The world is the place that we physically live in, but we don’t have to let it define us.

We are spiritual beings with physical bodies, and our spirits and minds and bodies comprise our souls. Our mind is a battlefield that the enemy is constantly breaching and staining, but it can only happen with our unknowing consent.

When we become cognizant of the Fear and Doubt being planted, we can fight back. We were ALL given the authority to rebuke Fear and Doubt, so that we could find peace and serenity.

It begins with realizing that you are a masterpiece, more powerful than what the world throws at you or lures you with. You are here with purpose, and it’s OK if you haven’t discovered it yet- you will when it’s time to.

Even spiritual warriors are not immune to Fear and Doubt. It takes practice and a steady stream of consciousness to become aware of what is happening, and pinch it off before it takes hold.

You may say “but you don’t know my situation- it’s a lot harder than you think, to do what you’re saying to do!”

I’ve been there. I’ve cried until I thought I could never stop, I’ve laid awake at night crying, doubting my worth, thinking I’m not enough. And covering it all up with smiles and jokes the next day. The important thing is to not quit. Keep going. Find a hidden blessing in every trial that you face. For every bad, there’s more good.

You were born. And adored before your very existence.

You are unique, there is no-one like you…even identical twins have different fingerprints.

You are loved beyond measure.

This world is a better place because you’re in it. Honestly.

You matter.

You are enough.
