You always go deep into my cells I start the line of a poem with this real frame that is comforting to me each time I listen to you

the voice so pure and innocent years of the same practices has shaped the new kind of way for You to share what You have gained through experiences that touched Your body waves in a new different way this time the year is yours and You can fly in a safe way how come I haven't been able to free myself this way

so many people out there still haunting noises are bringing the worst kind of days and from there the best kind of life and experiences of practice come my way each day

life is not just about them

they paradoxically nourish what they try to break

I clean from the previous life energy that should be just out from body-mind cells that are becoming not just healthy and clean but healing of a soul completely pure soft light within
