You - a poem

Heartbreak hits fast

By Henry PlumePublished 2 years ago 1 min read

I brought you flowers

I sung you songs

I tried to heal your scars

But now your gone

And I wish I could take you back

But I can’t

A thousand tears I cry

In single nights

That pass by

I just wanted time back

I just want you

You can keep tearing my heart out my chest

And killing me inside,

I know your not meaning to be cold

But I hope the way I still love you can change your mind

Midnights we stayed up laying together in bed.

Wish I could bring that back

But our loves dead instead

that's so sad. I felt that way once but time and patience healed me.
