A silent witness,
Observing all this,
I question what most miss,
Searching for bliss.
Filled with excitement,
I experiment each moment,
Truth living in how it went,
And what it meant to me.
Looking for ecstasy,
Within this reality,
I search endlessly,
Only finding it within me.
Choosing differently,
My thoughts a current,
Enlightenment,
A delightful event,
While sitting silent,
Witnessing bliss,
In every moment

Writing In The Dark
As the son set within my soul, darkness begins to grow. As the light slowly fades, I’m left with only myself. Cultivated by a world full of wants, anger and fear. I found myself in a place I wouldn't want anyone else to experience, as the weight of my world fell upon my shoulders. Aware of my part in the plan, an embarrassed man steps up once again. Facing the darkness hiding within. Faith the only weapon to fight with as I shield myself with the hopes that these memories are not mere imagined fallacies. Striving toward my Light, I fight with my inner demons as a battle plays out, within realms only felt. The pen my sword as I cut the Chord holding me in the dark. Embarking on a journey of trust and vulnerability as I open doors closed by fear. No longer afraid, I enter the realm to explore why I shut the door. Reaching deep into my core I pull out the daggers of truth, so the wounds can heal. It hurts to feel, Knowing what’s real, What else could be revealed. Eons of existence trapped within our essence, All its curses and its blessings. Clearing the Darkness from within I see a Glimmer of Hope begin to shine. A reminder I am Divine, This light is Mine. Crawling from the pits I find the strength to rise from the grave I have dug. Filling my cup Knowing I AM enough, I was trained to be tough. You have to get through your gauntlet, before you reach the good stuff. Come Take a ride as we explore the depths of the soul. For as high as you go, You must experience the Low. Don't let it take a toll, my shadow loves, Writing In The Dark.
