This felt a little sad to me. Loved your SenryuA
This is a wonderful Senryu, Susan <3 Really enjoyed your Wonderland Poems <3
🩷 Fabulous work Susan! Congrats on finishing! 🎉
Sometimes short and sweet is the way to go! I think this is a perfect endcap.
@Everyone: I wrote many before deciding on this Senryū. Free verse, acrostics, from different character PoV, and I think I am just exhausted. I wanted to just get it done and move on. I wanted the last one to be special but I am exhausted and I’ve run out of ideas. 😳 Thank you to everyone who has followed, supported, and encouraged me during this challenge. It has made a difference to me. 🥰💕🐇🌸
This poem's imagery is really captivating. It makes me wonder what exactly she's chasing from her past. And that "past the looking glass" bit adds an extra layer of mystery. Have you ever felt like you were chasing a past version of yourself?
