if we approached each other with curiosity and created connection through understanding
if we unreservedly embraced our differences, seeing the love, learning and valuable texture of the unabridged tapestry of life, whilst simultaneously recognising our likeness through our shared human experience
I’ve been thinking;
I wonder what it would feel like if we defaulted to empathy
if we were wide awake to our feelings, triggers and deeply buried drivers, not asleep at our own wheel
if we focused on sitting in contentment, leaving comparison, to develop and love our own selves whilst simultaneously extending a hand to lift another up
Ive been thinking;
I wonder what it would feel like if we defaulted to enacting power with, not power over
if we lead with the strength of equality and held freedom as sacred, never to be strategically weaponised
if we removed ourselves from the centre and placed ourselves alongside, integrated and in tandem with nature whilst simultaneously cultivating the peace and abundance of innate coexistence
if all of this wondering turned into deliberate, shared action,
if our united community and our illuminated, conscious selves combined with the power of the collective
if we tread carefully, thoughtfully and honourably through our days
leaving each place and person better off than we found them
and we caused a kindness chain reaction
