Women are not to woo men

My eyes woke to a dark sight,

My body was aching but I still wanted to fight.

My mind was numb but I could still feel the pain,

I did everything to save myself but it all went vain.

What was my fault?

Why didn't I had a choice?

They are grown-up adults.

Why couldn't they hear the wrench in my voice???

Whom are males guarding us from? Males?

But all of them are still sitting in their houses,

Listening to my story, biting their nails.

This story would end too but not like fairy tales.

They are coming with something else now,

It looks like something to burn me down.

I should die anyway because I lost my respect.

That's what the people say, they don't see a future that I expect.

Yes, we are women,

But we aren't born to woo men.

Yes, we are beautiful,

But we aren't something that you can use as a tool.

Yes, we are physically weak,

But you need brain to survive in the world of mentally sick.
