Without Colored Paint

Paint the hateful words,

On a wall for all to see.

Paint the faces of millions of rapists,

So all will know who he be.

Paint the murderers,

So we all know who to kill.

Paint the old slaves,

Including all enslaved.

Paint the child abusers,

because these are the things

that we cannot defeat.

Paint the wars within this earth,

so we can know why soldiers die.

Paint the smiling faces of depression,

so we know why suicide exists -

why people no longer try.

Paint the broken heart,

belonging to the lost souls -

so we know who to mend.

Paint the victims of these horrid things,

Paint all of us - you and me,

But paint without colored paint,

Since we can't change the past -

Paint without colored paint,

because us, these things will out last.
