Within Every Color

If I could tell you what makes me unique, I’d honestly have a little trouble with it. So instead, I will tell you what my family has said.

You see, what inspires me, is the color red. Because within my essence, burns a passion so intense, that it helps me to stand for what I believe in. Like an eternal fire that can never be quenched. Then there’s the color yellow, that can sometimes show throw the way my words tend to flow...Or so I’m told, because for some it reaches their soul, or brightens up their day.

There’s a bit of orange in there as well. It keeps the flame going, as the love I have for love, seems to make it transparent in every phrase I utter. Somehow there's some blue mixed in there, and it reminds me of how spiritually entangled I've become with everyone around me. I've been told by my family that I have an endless ability to help others. Not just through words, but through action as well. I heard that I have an iridescent prism of light that emanates from my soul, so that slight purple color shows.

I have some green in there somewhere too. I think that's why I was told that the strength of my love and energy seems to pull everyone together. I guess it would be kind of hard to say that only one color would inspire me, or which one makes me unique. Because I've only recently learned what makes me distinct. At my core is the white light of my soul, shining through the prism walls, exposing every color that's made me whole. Within every color that inspired me, is the family that surrounds me. And at the end of the day, they are the most unique part about me.

Within every color is a piece of the spirit that drives me.
