One day,

I’ll wake to find that the Crown

Can be interpreted in several different ways.

One day,

I’ll swap out the Crown

For a Witch’s crown

I’ll hold myself together with herbs, flowers, and charms.

I’ll bewitch those

Who think that they’re entranced by me

And lead them to their empty graves.

There is no more

Good Witch.

Now there’s only me,

Somewhere between.

~

Ashes to ashes

We will always fall down

When the ravens circle high

I’ll be in the wilderness

Waiting

Pouring my magic out

Nothing will be able to stop me

As I embrace the Spirits

~

Deep in the darkness of the woods,

Just far enough that the light barely reaches

I’ll lift my hands up toward the sky

I’ll speak the words of the fallen

I’ll embrace what I have long forgotten

I’ll set free my spirit
