They have come to get me several times

I refuse to budge

They say I'm crazy and walk away

He's not coming back they holler from the street

I look up sadly thinking they just can't be right

So I sit and wait another night

I'm swinging on the swing you hung on the tree in the yard

I'm out back

I can see the stars from here

And I choose the brightest

I think how far you roamed
