Winter’s On The Way

In the fading light of day, when shadows start to play,

Snow begins to fall now, freezing all the way.

Each flake a whispered secret, soft against the ground,

A silent symphony of peace, where magic can be found.

Trees adorned in crystalline, their branches whisper low,

The world is hushed and waiting, wrapped in winter’s glow.

Footprints trace an echo, a path of quiet grace,

While chilly winds weave stories, in this serene embrace.

A blanket thick and fluffy, covering all that’s bare,

With every flake that kisses earth, I feel your presence there.

The crispness in the evening air breathes warmth into my soul,

In winter’s chill, your love ignites, and makes my spirit whole.

So let’s wander hand in hand, beneath the starry sky,

Where every twinkle sparkles, just like the dreams we tie.

In the heart of this still moment, where time stands soft and still,

We’ll carve our love in snowflakes, on winter’s icy hill.
